Ecoculture Biosciences maintains its commitment to support physical activity and sports, also in times of COVID-19. During this month of July the company is collaborating with the Almeria Basket Club (Club Baloncesto Almería) sponsoring the Technification Summer Camp that is being carried out in the facilities of Moisés Ruiz Sports Hall (Pabellón Moisés Ruiz) for boys and girls from 8 to 18 years old.
The activities take place from 9:00 to 14:00 following all the COVID-19 regulations. A child’s temperature is taken on arrival at the facility; the participants must desinfect their hands and change their shoes to access the court. The training is individual and focused on improvement of different game techniques such as ball bouncing or shot, avoiding any kind of contact. Healthy breakfast is also a part of the day routine as well as shooting and skills competition, always in individual format. The activity involves 50 children divided into several small groups in order to comply with COVID regulations.
Javier Moreno, the Marketing Director of Ecoculture Biosciences, has stated to be “proud to continue the work we have been carrying out for several years now to promote sport, physical activity and healthy lifestyles”, reinforcing it in these delicate moments “to help children practice their favourite sport after several months of home confinement”.

The company from Almería has close relationships with this club, and has sponsored its male EBA League team for several seasons, being also a sponsor of several Camps organized by the Andalusian Basketball Federation. In addition, the company sponsors the running club Unión de Atletas Almería and the Dalías Cycling Club.
Ecoculture Biosciences develops specific solutions to significantly reduce the negative effects in situations of plant stress. The company is committed to sustainable agriculture based on innovation, scientific research and new technologies development, maximising crop yields and minimising the use of artificial inputs and irrigation water.
