The company from Almería will soon begin the first trials in this northern country, where its products will be branded Premiant.
The Almeria-based company Ecoculture Biosciences continues to expand throughout Europe and has managed to bring its specific solutions for reducing the negative effects of plant stress to Lithuania, where the first trials will soon begin, with the aim of being able to start sales as soon as possible.
The products of Ecoculture Biosciences will provide solutions against plant stress to Lithuanian farmers, who make up about a fifth of the total working population in the main crops, mostly cereals such as wheat or rye but also potatoes and beets, which are grown in a region where more than half of the area – 54% – is arable land.
In this northern European country, Ecoculture Biosciences will use the brands that it has been registering in other former Soviet Union countries such as Ukraine, since the Almeria-based company maintains the same distributor for Lithuania as in the Ukrainian country, Aventro, with which Ecoculture has consolidated a strong commercial relationship in several countries on the continent. Thus, Ecoculture Biosciences’ solutions in Lithuania will bear the Premiant brand, the Delta ranges being the first, which maintains its name in this country; then CalFlux, which will be called Omega; and XStress, which will be named Alfa.
Ecoculture Biosciences continues to take important steps in its strategy to penetrate European markets and is already present in the east countries, such as Poland, Romania, Hungary, Moldova and Ukraine; in the south in Greece and in the north in the United Kingdom and now also in Lithuania.
In addition, at an international level, the company from Almeria is already operating in South America, in Argentina and Brazil, and is close to finalize the registration of its products in Colombia, which would cover more than 50% of the Latin American territory.
